I live in the Rothchild (phase 1) facing the new building. What upsets me is
that the city allowed to built so close to our building. The Le Marquis
residents are much better off.I'm sure you know that our property value
has been reduced a great deal. However, the taxes will remain high.
What are you going to do about that?

Shifra I assure you that the developers followed precisely what the zoning established 30 years ago by the late Mayor Lang specified. They were not given any special privileges. And remember this is the first of two buildings; the second one will be closer to the Marquise.


"I will not even agree to consider any proposal that does not include a plan to significantly increase indoor parking."

Or how about you leave it as it is and not promote car dependency?
